Gordon Foss, the creator of these beautiful diamond willow items,lives in northern MN, close to the Beltrami Island State Forest, and Hayes Lake State Park.

He began this hobby when he was in his late 70's, and is going gang busters with it!

He has many cords of diamond willow in his barn, which is a former dairy barn.

Gordon, and his wife Thelma, operated a dairy farm for many years, along with their ten children, and Gordon also worked several other jobs, including logging, back in the 50's and 60's. As his son, I am quite amazed by this man.
